Ongoing Therapy. Therapy goals
and programming will continue to
be modified by your BCBA, with your
input, based on the daily data collected by
the therapist. Additionally, your BCBA will
conduct reassessments every 6 months. This ensures that your child is progressing in the desired areas and that their therapy continues to be covered by insurance.
Services can begin! Your child will be assigned 1-3 therapists depending on your needs and schedule. The BCBA will train all therapists on the child's individualized goals. Supervision and ongoing training will be provided for a minimum of 5% of therapy hours but the BCBA will be
available when needed.
Based on your child's needs, a BCBA will be assigned to your case. They will reach out and schedule an initial assessment. You will meet and discuss your goals with the BCBA. A plan will be created.
We then submit the plan to insurance for an
ongoing authorization.
